Reservations Policy
CREDIT CARD DETAILS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A BOOKING THE CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL ARRIVAL.
ALL SUPERBEDSAVER BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED AT POINT OF BOOKING FOR FULL AMOUNT.
Quality Hotel Gateway reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on this website.
Guests agree that all information given for the booking are true and correct. Credit card details must be the same as the booker. Bookings may be rejected by Quality Hotel Batmans Hill on Collins at any time if this information fails to meet this term and condition.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policies apply:
Minimum 48 Hours (1st night) - A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
Early departure whilst inhouse - One nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified after 2pm on the day.
No Show - One nights accommodation fee will be charged.
If you have booked a SPECIAL PACKAGE/HOT DEAL, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted. You will be charged for the full amount of accommodation booked.
All times shown as local Hotel times.
Hotel Policy
The guest will need to provide a current valid credit card on arrival to the hotel.
The Hotel Reception will require to process a pre-authorisation on this card per Hotel policy and procedures.
This pre-authorisation will be held by the hotel until such time as settlement by the same card occurs and/or per the card holders financial institution policy.
Quality Hotel Batmans Hill on Collins accepts Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Card and JCB Card.
American Express and Diners will incur a 2.5% GST inclusive surcharge if used for payment.
The guest may be required to provide photo identification and/or a $100 cash deposit.
Hotel check in time is from 2.00pm.
Hotel check out time is prior to 10.00am.
Limited Parking both on and off site (non bookable) extra $22.00 per day
All Rooms are charged on a per night basis.
3 guests can be accommodated in some rooms. Additional fee of AUD$45.00 per night .
Child Policy: Infant 0 - 2 years inclusive, Child 3 - 11 years inclusive,
Adult 12 years and above.
A maximum of one child to share existing bedding with adult(s) in the one room only. Additional bedding will incur a charge of $40.00 per night.
Additional bedding consists of a Rollaway Bed. A maximum of one rollaway bed can be accommodated in some rooms only on request.
Cot requests for infants are provided at no additional fee.
